"The hotel and the staff were 10/10. The hotel is located in a strange area - basically a shopping mall - and there was not easy access to food when we got in late. (We flew in during a T8 typhoon so that impacted local food delivery as well.) If you are coming from the airport late in the evening, bring food with you or eat before you show up. "Great, well maintained hotel that can cater to your every requirement. The hotel could benefit from having a gym on the premises, and the 8th floor windows shouldn't be blocked so that guests with young children who couldnt stay at Disneyland until 8pm can view the fireworks from the hotel.
Staff are also openly watching guests at the breakfast buffet - please give guests some space whilw they enjoy their meals.
Overall a great family stay, with plenty of free activities for families. "

This is an intensely built up area with access thru a narrow residential lane. I felt like part of the neighborhood which was pleasant. On check in day, Staff sent a 1 minute YouTube video via WhatsApp showing how to get to the unit from the ferry docks. Ten minutes walk on level ground right by the famous temple.
