Hotel Dekat Pusat Beli-belah Plaza Outer Loop

"What a wonderful fairytale stay! We had an attic suite for our babymoon. I can not imagine any better place for the occasion. Our suite were decorated in a “hobbit inspired theme” with arched doors and huge bathroom with a bathtub-jacuzzi! Our host Jeremy was very pleasant and kind to let us check in early. We had an electric kettle (it is rare in hotels in the US) in the room and could make our morning and evening tea without leaving the room. So much reminded me some place in Europe. Overall...

"Excellent customer services. I had an issue with reservation in which confirmation made through expedia did not transfer data to the hotel due to a glitch in the system. The assistant general manager,Max, and The receptionist, Marj, spent so much time resolving the problem. They are wonderful! I really appreciate their help!"

"We searched far and wide for a Hotel to host out of town wedding guests. We were a bit nervous about our selection due to unfamiliarity and distance from downtown Louisville. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! Our guests found Hyatt House to be a five star facility . Quiet, clean, excellent front desk, easiest parking imaginable, nearby shopping and restaurants, all needs met. NO negatives, none!"
