"Started out in a room with a horrific smell - and most of the bathroom fixtures loose and wobbly. There was a damp smell on the entire floor. It was nauseating. Once we reported the issue with the front desk, they worked quickly to get us moved - the second room was a great improvement and reset the whole tone of our stay. Breakfast was just okay - no offerings for anyone with allergies or restrictions of any kind. Juice wasn't good. Appreciated the fruit that was available the last couple...

"They were very nice rooms. They were close to what we were going to do. The staff was real friendly and helpful. Coffee was everywhere. The casino was nice. Had restaurants there parking was easy. I definitely stay again."

"The hotel was clean, with the exception of finding a hairball in our room. Other than that we were very pleased. The pool hours were a downer, pool closed at 9:00pm and didn’t open until 11:00am so we were unable to swim before checking out."

"The microwave in the room was faulty and emitting smoke, they would not change my room. That is a safety hazard. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a big couch and a desk. But the bed was much too firm and the carpet looked dingy. The lighting was too dim, even in the bathroom sink area. Breakfast was better than some other chain hotels, but we missed it on our last day because they had only told us the hours for the weekend, and breakfast ends earlier on weekdays."

"The suite room is spacious, and the beds are nice and comfortable. Room full of outlets and lights. Everything was clean. The full kitchen is A plus, it has all the things you need, even a dishwasher and food disposal to keep it clean. My family enjoyed our time together very much and we thank the great staff and service. My only problem was that the location was so close to the airport. But if you are a heavy sleeper it's ok."
