"Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, location was spot on 10 minute walk down to Richmond Town Centre, stunning scenery facing hotel and River Thames, Hotel smelt gorgeous and the fires were lit of an evening which was so christmasy with the decor, we had a couple of drinks in the bar and it was stunning so relaxing and again lovely staff would love to return soon , thankyou "

"Have been staying at Cannizaro house for many years. Still convenient and best available in the area. Great location, good experience this stay all round with staff being excellent and motivated.... but its time for a refurb. Looking old, especially carpets and scuff zones on walls. The rug in reception would not make it into my dogs kennel and that is the area where you get your first impression. I'm looking forward to my next stay and if they spruce the place up... even better."
