"The listing for this hotel gives the impression that it is nicer than it is. It met our basic needs and that’s about it. We tried the hot tub but the jets weren’t working. The property was clean but smelled strongly of cleaner as if it was covering up something. The parking was not gated and there was a large homeless encampment just around the corner. We felt safe inside the property but we weren’t so comfortable about our car in the lot. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good."

"This is very well maintained, peaceful and cute hotel overall. I absolutely loved my room and the indoor courtyard area where coffee and seating with tables were available. I brought my kids with me and this was super helpful to get my kids out of the room and to an open space where I can enjoy my coffee. Coffee was always hot and very good. The staff were quiet but helpful when I needed them. The AC was a bit old and loud but worked really well. The noise would put me to sleep honestly so...

"This is a unique experience. If you like to be by the water (not just a view of the water), you should check out this place. The staffs are very nice and the place ia maintained considering it's history. It's walking distance to Golden 1 Center, eating places and museums."

"My room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings were of the standard variety but good quality. Small workout room, but with good range of weights (dumbbells), which most places don't have. I've paid way more and gotten a lot less on previous trips to the area. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip."

"Excellent area But, no self parking own by the hotel only a $60/day valet. Elevators are small and tight, Using the hotels luggage cart and getting in was not easy. shower drainage was very slow. When we went back to the hotel at 10 pm Saturday front door was lock and no staff available to ooen rhe door luckily there was a customer inside who kindly open the door.Lastlt we coyld her the people next room talking and laughing"

"Natural wear for an older motel. Nothing broken or not working. Clean, quiet, and safe. We even walked to the shop on the corner late at night after going to the stadium for a game."

"The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. "
