We were warmly welcomed at check‑in by Ira, who quickly and graciously helped resolve an issue with my Hilton Honors account. It was refreshing to meet someone who so clearly takes pride in her workplace and in delivering exceptional service. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with striking architecture and a modern aesthetic enriched by a sophisticated, layered color palette. The cleansing products are wonderfully refreshing. Given the hotel’s price point, however, I was surprised that bottled water was not offered as a complimentary amenity.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we forgot to add our dog to the reservation. They easily updated the reservation and our check-in was still very smooth. Their valet service is extremely convenient and the gentlemen were polite; we enjoyed having the app as a way to communicate with them.

The room and staff were good, and the historical building was super cool! But the room was listed as "river view" and only offered a freeway view. I called the front desk, she admitted they dont actually have a view of the river and she would let the marketing mgr know i called.
