Expect an additional fee of $49 to stay in the limited spots of the hotel or you can pay $35 to park in the garage that is a short walk next to the hotel. This was a perfect place to stay for our event at the Golden 1. Just a short walk from the hotel lobby to the City walk area with its many restaurants and the Golden 1."

"Very clean, very large and well appointed room. Very quiet with really comfortable bed. Shower and bath very clean. Breakfast was very good with many choices set out in a beautiful room. The hotel is in a historic building, with new addition for rooms, right across from Sutter's Fort State Historic Park in center Sacramento. Good place to walk with lots of shade trees. Nearby there are many options for eating. The state capitol with lovely gardens is very close. There is street parking nearby....

"The place itself will take you back yo the past. . Just like a museum. Lots of memorabilia antiques and vintage that tell you a story. House structure is superb. From a dramatic light at night; The siren of the old trees waiving by the winds. To the whistle of birds combining tones creates music in my ears. Whhat else I can say. "
