"The Resident is just enough off the beaten path that the noise level is nonexistent, but so close to everything! We were able to walk to the waterfront, to Liverpool One, or to Liverpool Central train station within minutes. We had a travel disruption due to weather prior to arrival, and everyone was so kind and accommodating regarding changing our reservation.
