"The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and it had a wonderful view of the beach and the ocean. It is an easy walk down to Nye Beach shops and restaurants. We have stayed here many times over the years and always stay here when visiting Nye Beach and Newport."

"Overall, it was fine, and a good value. The room was very quiet. Staff were polite and helpful. The hot tub was out of service, so that was a disappointment. I can tell the property is pretty well-maintained, but some things are aging. Nothing really to complain about since the price was very reasonable and the beds were comfortable."

"Clean room, ocean view with balcony. The phone in the room did not work and had no towels and wash clothes in room. Had to go to office to get towels for room. The person who brought the towels did not know how to fix phone and brought the wrong towels. Never did get phone fixed."
