This is a very quaint motel with cute theme rooms. The staff is very helpful and accomodating. If you have accessibility issues ask about stairs as unit #8 has stairs in the room and is not in the Expedia description of the room.

Amazing place and the vibes inside were amazing too. 10/10 would recommend and it's just outside of town so you're not really bothered by town noises. Clean interior, and the staff are very friendly as well. Will stay here again next time we're in Newport!

Great value and quick beach access.

Very quirky property, but the location can't be beat for the price. It was a quick walk down the property stairs (~50) to get onto the beach where we could wander for hours during the super low tide. Exceptionally clean. Nice to have a kitchen. Bed was comfy but noisy (very thick tarp like mattress cover). Electric fireplace seemed like a nice touch but didn't work after about 60 seconds, despite numerous resets. All in all would stay again purely for the beach access.
