The rooms are large and comfortable the beds were perfect The motel used to be a very expensive hotel before Motel 6 took it over now the prices allow budget minded families to stay in comfort Everything was very clean and the housekeepers are friendly and helpful I take my family to Newport several times a year and from now on this is the only place I will stay

The pet friendly policy was very helpful for our two pets. The doors were very squeaky and loud and the receptionist could be friendlier. The back door near the stairs should have an key access for people.

Room was clean enough, we stayed there because it is pet friendly and a good location. Very basic, glad I brought my own instant coffee and cup since there is nothing but a fridge and microwave. Also glad I brought earplugs, the walls are thin and our neighbors had young kids. Overall the hotel was just ok for why we were there, just a place to sleep. I’d stay again if that’s all I needed, it is not a resort if that’s what you’re looking for.

What a lovely view from our 3rd floor room! Room was clean, had a fireplace, and bed was comfortable (although frame was very squeaky with every small movement!). Staff were friendly and overall we were happy with w our choice to stay here.

For the price this was perfect. Just an FYI though bring your own coffee, hair dryer, toiletries, etc. It is just a room, bed with a microwave and mini fridge. The room and hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very quiet too even though it’s right off 101.

The lady who checked us in was very sweet and friendly. The room was clean and cozy although it did have a weird smell to it. It was a bit noisey as well. We could hear eveyone below, above and around us. But for one night it was good.

This is the BEST Motel 6 ever! Dogs stay free, we had a gas fireplace in our room and they checked on us daily for cleaning service. All for $49/night. Thank you so much for the nice vacation :)
