"The staff was above helpful, their maintenance man was exceptional in putting together two (2) skate trainers that I had purchased (I asked the front desk to borrow a screwdriver and they indicated that they had a maintenance person on staff). Also I had an early morning flight and my room was ready on arrival…. Excellent hotel."

"Clean facilities and room. Keurig coffee which was nice. Mini fridge. Spacious room. Weird dim sconce lighting in our bathroom. Needs brighter bulbs. I don’t know if all bathrooms are like that. Fine for a guy maybe but tough to see for Make up application. Super comfortable beds and pillows and warm cozy duvet. Would definitely stay again. Convenient to get to Ottawa hospital general campus for an early morning appt "
