"Nice hotel!"

"Hotels was nice just dated. But then again it’s an old hotel so the history. And woodwork is kinda cool. Very convenient to go to concerts on the Lake. It’s right across from the bus station. Only problem is kitchen closed T 11:00 on a Saturday night down stairs in the Irish pub "

"Last-minute reservation, excellent service from staff. The room was beautiful, and clean, and the bed quite comfortable. We arrived after supper and left early, so did not eat at the hotel or nearby restaurant. "

"The hotel was clean, well maintained, and well located. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only (very minor) complaint I had was that there were no scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet (they did have egg sandwiches), and there was only one meat option. But what they had was definitely more than adequate. I really liked the Craftsman and will definitely stay there again on trips to the Syracuse area. "
