"Really nice hotel in an excellent location. Right above a major subway station which is part of ‘the walk’, basically a huge underground mall with everything you can imagine. Room was very nice, staff were super friendly and helpful, and we paid for the city view upgrade which was well worth it - amazing view!! If the weather is bad you can walk through the underground mall/metro system all the way to Dotenbori."
