"Great place to stay. Location, food and royal treatment on the 25th floor. Definitely going back next time I’m in Osaka. "

"Very large and "industrialized" hotel. This is not a luxury hotel in my opinion, feels more like an Aiport than a hotel (the lobby was always very crowded with people coming in and out. Feels like a massive operation). Room was VERY small (even for Japan standards) and we felt the overall stay was more expensive than it was worth. Location is very good in an active part of OSAKA. Osaka station is walking distance."

"Nice and clean. Conveniently located. There’s also a convenient store on basement which we loved. Only slightly inconvenient part was if you’re on any floor above 22 you have to take two elevators. First one to floor 22 then next one to your floor up to 30."

"Nice hotel and great staff. They advertise a 24hr fitness facility, but fail to inform you anywhere on the listing that you must pay to use the facilities. The average price to use the gym is 2500yen per hour."
