We loved our stay here! As a light sleeper, I am very grateful for how quiet the rooms are. I could not hear noise from neighbors or even my friends staying in the other room. The shuttles to Universal were also really convenient and ran on time. We would definitely stay here again!

I love Westgate properties. The staff is friendly, the property clean and well maintained. Tje rooms are spacious, clean and amenities are great! Quiet area. Close to the park. Five stars! Excellent! Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel was fantastic. The suite was clean and well kept, staff is quick to bring any requested extras like towels. Hot tub and arcade were a huge bonus and much needed. Didn’t use the pool or fire pit but it’s great that it has those amenities plus more. Only minor improvement could be parking but they do have an overflow parking location and a shuttle at least

We stayed at Westgate Palace from October 14–17 to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday, and we really enjoyed our stay! The property has a true resort feel, which we loved. Everything (especially the room) was clean and up-to-date. The pools and hot tub were nice, and being able to catch the fireworks each night was an added bonus! The location was perfect for visiting the Universal parks, with everything just a short drive away. The staff was wonderful throughout our stay, always friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated them holding our luggage after checkout so we could get in some last-minute shopping before heading home. It was a great way to celebrate such a special birthday, and we would definitely stay here again!

This Hotel was amazing. I didn't expect it to be a nice add it was. It was in heart of Orlando. Really close to the outlets and Universal. It felt like home. I had the 2 bedroom and loved it. It didn't feel small or anything. I will definitely book this hotel again for my family of 4.

I called the front desk to request more towels and to let them know that the shower water was only lukewarm and not hot at all. Within five minutes a whole bag of assorted towels was delivered! Literally, about one minute after that, a service worker showed up to address the water temperature issue. He had it resolved within an hour! This hotel was great to stay in. The price was lower than I would expect for this level of accommodation. I saw hotel security several times which made it feel safe and the controlled automobile entrance was a huge plus. Convenient to everything and very courteous staff make this resort hotel definitely worth it.

This was my second stay at this property, both times for an HHN weekend. This stay is really for sleeping purposes only. We continue to come back because the value is incomparable for a party of 6. It's an easy drive in from I4 and there is plenty of sleeping space, 2 bathrooms are key and the kitchen is invaluable as we bring in food and drinks to save on eating out. At check in the desk was fully staffed for a quick check-in process. Upon arrival to our room we discovered the a/c wasn't working properly. No problem...we let the front desk know and within 2 hours the room was sufficiently cooling and continued the duration of our stay. Aesthetically, the furnishings are outdated but I'm sure they take a beating with Orlando guest turnover and it's hard to justify upgrading at this price point.
