Everything was fantastic. A large pool and hot tub. They even had grills to cook out on. The living space was large with a full kitchen. The master bathroom had a whirlpool tub and shower. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Very nice rooms but ours wasn’t cleaned well. Hair from another guest was everywhere. Second bathroom smelt like someone urinated on the wall. Amenities at The Berkley were great, would stay again, but I’d have them re-clean the room for sure

This is a really good redort style property. They charge a daily resort fee and are very strict with check out times. Literally onock on your door at 10am exactly which is their check out time. I will atay there again though.....better than a hotel room and definitely cheaper.

We arrived fast and was able to check in to one of the rooms that was cleaned and ready for use. This is our second time staying at this resort. The receptionist was nice and accommodating. At first glance everything seemed fine but as the days proceeded we noticed the room wasn’t as clean as we thought. We found someone’s socks, garbage in a few rooms as well as diapers. Made us wonder what else was not cleaned.

Stayed 5 nights in a 3 bedroom condo. Close to all the Disney parks. So spacious and clean. King size beds were super comfortable. Really enjoyed having our own space and a bathroom for each room. Property was quiet and the staff were really nice. Would definitely choose again over staying at Disney resorts. Full size washer and dryer was a plus as well!!

Our second stay did not disappoint! Quiet property with amazing outdoor pool area. The balcony was super spacious and grand. Loved watching the fireworks at night from the privacy of our room.

I liked how clean the accommodations, hallways and elevator were. The only real complaint I have is the couch in the livingroom was uncomfortable and I felt it did not match the decor of the rest of furnishings. New living room furnishings would be a plus
