Felt welcomed everything needed is is close we booked 4 nights then decided extended another 2 night. Kids loved the hot buffet bfast. Room suite was very spacious. Highly recommend

We left early on in the evening. They didn’t keep a room that I reserved and the room they put us in was filthy and someone had smoked weed in the room. I had to fight to get my money back and we ended up finding a hotel nearby for nearly the same price. I will NEVER go to another Homewood Suites again.because of this.

The property itself is wonderful. The two ladies in the breakfast room “Cassandra and Janice” are a delight. Hardworking and they were a big part of starting our day with a smile. Gaby at the front desk was helpful and always greeted us with a smile. These three ladies are the hotel’s treasures. This is why we have returned multiple times.

This hotel is too expensive for the hotel conditions , too old, air conditions is not working properly , too hot inside the room, the pool too small also ,the only nice is the ocean view, I DONT RECOMEND TO NOBODY , choose another hotel , IS A WASTE OF MONEY !!!!!

We are a family of 4 traveling to Florida for the first time to go to a MLB game and Universal Studios. It had great access to the major highways, the room was clean, AC worked well, complimentary breakfast was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was clean and well kept. When arriving after a 10 hour drive I was surprised to see we had to pay an extra $25 a day for parking to a third party. This was not mentioned on the site anywhere while booking. It was also not in any forms I saw in check out on the site. Overall it’s a nice hotel that’s convenient and quiet. Staff was hit or miss on friendliness. Beware about the parking because no price is listed. It could fluctuate. The hotel next door did not have this policy.

Stayed for a week- family of 5. The breakfast choices were limited and seems to be repetitive. The staffs were amazing though. We liked the room. We booked a 2 bedroom suites- the kitchen space and living space were perfect . We loved it! The pool was a good size the kids enjoyed it (9 & 13 yrs old). We didn't like the extra parking fees $25/day but had no choice.

Nice property with decent pool and breakfast included. Room was spacious. Soundproofing none existent. Could hear chairs dragging, toilet flushing, and shower above us. Parking fee was expensive.

We got held up getting to Orlando, called the hotel, the young man that answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful. When we got there at 2am, he made everything go as smooth as glass. Check out young man was very pleasant, as was the breakfast staff. Rooms were very clean. If I am that way again, will definitely stay here!
