"Second time staying here and we love how relaxing and not-busy this resort is. Unfortunately, this time there were some issues that could’ve been and should’ve been handled. We had 2 rooms and both didn’t have any soap for bathroom sink provided. We had to call housekeeping to get some so that we could wash our hands after using the bathroom and it took over and hour and 2 calls to get it. "The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. "Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place.
