"The facility is not kept up well. Sofa has a vinyl covering which was peeling badly and should be thrown out."

"Great price for the location. Common areas are beautiful. The rooms are ok. One of the staff members was great. She went out of her way to help and offer suggestions. The rest of the staff we encountered were hard to find and not particularly motivated to be helpful. It took 30 minutes to get someone to check our bags for early arrival. "

"The hotel was clean, and the staff were very kind. The view from the rooftop restaurant and bar was lovely, and there were always sufficient equipment/machines available at the gym. The only drawbacks were the noise from frequent sirens on the busy surrounding streets at night and the limited number of restaurants and shops within walking distance."

"The outside area was okay. The inside was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a microwave (didn’t use) and refrigerator. Large screen tv was nice. Water pressure was just okay. Had some issues checking in because I used my initials (which is what I go by) on my reservation and my ID has my name fully written out. The front desk was not going to let me stay because of that. I had to call Hotels.com and finally they changed my reservation to state my full name. Was not off to a good start. Did have some nice restaurants near by and the lake was across the main road."
