"This location was very nice. All staff from the front desk to housekeeping to dining were extremely nice & helpful. We went to the pool finding the towel holder stocked & the area very clean. The room was very clean as well. I didn’t experience any issues. Even booking the room was flawless. I’m definitely booking with this hotel again."

"The rooms were clean, but the main light was not working, and neither was the AC when we arrived. We called the front desk, and they were able to get the AC working. We had paid in full, but later received an invoice with an additional $30 in taxes and fees, including city, county, and destination fees, which we were not aware of at the time of booking. Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is clean, and being part of the Skyline complex is a nice feature."

"First off, I have to say the two staff members at the front desk at check-in and -out were some of the friendliest, most welcoming, helpful hotel personnel I've ever encountered. Truly, ever. I wouldn't even be writing this review if not for them. Give them a raise. The room was fine. Very accessible. Free parking and a short walk to the Metra, which was sooo awesome. There were a couple dirty towels left hanging in the bathroom though, which is our only real complaint that it seems like it wasn't fully cleaned before we arrived."
