The property was upgrading its plumbing, so the guest did not have water during the hours of 9-5, which meant you had to hurry up and get ready instead of relaxing. Plus the bathroom shower door would not stay close. I expected so much more from a Marriott property. I am a Bonvy Member and I am still waiting for my points to post as well. I think they should have let the guest know when they booked, so we had the option to stay somewhere else.
