"Room was too cold, couldn’t warm it up even tried to change the temperature on the thermostat. It was loud. Elevator was slow and overcrowded. We walked the staircase from Friday until Sunday and it was filthy the whole time, it was never cleaned. The exact chip bag was there the whole weekend. There were cigarette butts on the staircase as well. There was no microwave in room for warming up leftover food. Wanted to eat breakfast at Stokes and was told that it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait when there were several seats available. My husband and I were told they weren’t seating anyone unfortunately, but there was plenty of seating. No real explanation on why, so We decided to eat at Starbucks instead. "
