"Clean room very nice"

"Was not able to get the room we reserved they tried to give me a room not handicap accessible but telling me it was. Poor communication. Luckily one front desk clerk was able to figure it out and I was to get a handicap accessible room but not the suite I reserved prior to arrival they blamed it on Expedia. They need to know what is in there rooms. "

"Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent for a continental breakfast. The staff were very kind and helpful. They seemed well-trained in customer service. We would stay there again."

However, our room had a mattress that needs to be replaced, (it made a noise every time I got up to go to the bathroom, which woke my husband up). "The staff are wonderful. The property looks great. I felt very safe. The reason I’m giving this only three stars is they really need to invest in new mattresses. Considering this is probably the most important thing about a hotel when you’re staying the night and you need to get a restful night sleep. I’m making it while I’m reading it so average. In fact, the beds are horrible. They literally felt like I was sleeping on a crib mattress. They’re so thin."

"IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND."
