"Excellent location, just off Rossio Square. Literally 1 min walk from the McDonalds so put in McDonald's address from the airport. Beautiful carpet in hallways and room, and solid wooden shutters, all maing the room almost sound proof. A very beautiful and comfortable hotel. One alley over from the square so perfect for the noise reduction. Highly recommend! "

"What’s not to love? This wonderful hotel is inside the castle walls! The service we received from the moment we arrived was excellent. We were offered the breakfast upon arrival and our bags were waiting in our room once we returned from a full day of sightseeing. My only regret is not booking another night. Only a taxi can provide door to door service, so if you have heavy luggage, arrange for their efficient pick up or get a taxi. It’s a steep climb up! Highly recommend! "

"A treasure of a sweet hotel in the old town of Alfama . Stellar front desk staff for hospitality. One of the gentleman even came outside and carried my suitcase in. The manager was lovely as well ensuring we got an early check in. Beautiful breakfast and outdoor patio. Enjoyed the free walking tour they provided of the neighborhood. The room was clean and great bathroom. They even have a small outdoor pool."

"Great location for people to take cruise, only 10 mm easy walk. Also near the many attractions. The staffs were very warm and friendly. Facility was very clean and have everything we need for simple cooking. 9 mm to walk to Pingo Doce supermarket. Highly recommend!"
