Personalet er noget helt særligt: service-minded på den ægte måde, hvor man føler sig set og mødt uden at det bliver påtaget. Badeværelset bar præg af lidt slid, men det gjorde på ingen måde oplevelsen dårligere — tværtimod passede det næsten ind i stedets charme og autenticitet. Housekeeping var upåklagelig. Receptionen...

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is great and the staff are really nice and very helpful. We loved the breafast which is unusally included these days and was continually replenished. The cake and coffee available every afternoon was a really nice touch. Thomas and Iris were particularly lovely. We would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. "
