"The hotel was nice. We had an unfortunate experience with checking in. We arrived hours before the 3:00 check in time and were told they couldn’t accommodate an earlier check in for us. "The hotel cleaning can be better. The carpet in the room was not properly vaccum daily. The carpet around the head board eas dusty. We also saw a piece of manicure nail left behind by previous guest on the carpet inside the closet when we checked in. Besides all that, the room we were in had nice view and rhe property is conveniently located above a mall with easy access to food, subway and train station."

The stove and microwave were in working condition. The utensils were clean as they could be. I had the city view and it was gorgeous.
