"Nice hotel in the centre of Ginza with many stores and restaurants around the area. Close to the metro stations too. Our rooms were cleaned every day and given 2 bottles of water (at each of our rooms). Would definitely reccomend if you have the budget for it. "

There may be many luxury hotels in Tokyo with sleek contemporary decor, but this is a very unique old moneyTokyo experience well maintained. Every detail had comfort in mind (one soft and one hard pillow) even without built in USB plugs.(they had multi cables instead). Breakfast is highlight with six venues to choose from. Make sure you get a breakfast included plan. You will not regret it. "

"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"
