"A really nice place to stay with a good morning breakfast and onsite parking.
If you have difficulty climbing stairs, you may wish to request a room on the ground floor or perhaps the next floor up. My wife is 76 and I am 78 and we found it difficult to carry our heavy suitcases up to the top floor especially as you need to negotiate a tight corner in the staircase.
This is a really nice place to stay and it has a nice backyard with seating areas."

"Obwohl Deluxe Doppelzimmer, war das Zimmer sehr klein. Alles wirkt sehr dunkel und eng, durch die dunklen Möbel.
Das Bett war sehr bequem, mit guter Matratze. Kleine Kaffee und Teestation auf dem Zimmer und ein Kühlschrank. Keine Steckdose für den Hotelfön (Hightech Gerät) im Bad. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und praktisch für Nutzer des Gloucester Green Bus Bahnhofs. Aber auch für diejenigen, die die Stadt erkunden möchten."

"The hotel is a little run down, not well maintained (incl a Merry Christmas door mat in summer). Old furniture and carpets. Doesn’t really look like a 4 star rated hotel. The photos do not reflect the reality. On the positive side: Rooms are spacious and the beds are good, also breakfast is ok. Overall, value for money is not good."

"Stayed at the Store for a long weekend in a standard room. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well located in the centre of Oxford. We took advantage of the gym and complementary sauna session due to the wet weather. Facilities are small but very well maintained.
The breakfast is from a standard menu, including fried breakfasts/pancakes. I have some allergies and they were happy to adjust to accommodate. However, the allergen labelling and options could have been better, as they just...
