"Very clean, very helpful staff, very conveniently located to get to anywhere in Shinjuku by foot. Very small room, but well organized and great bathroom for the size. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety in a pleasant space. Negatives were noise from the street (bring a white noise machine) and if you are a larger person the room and the bathroom will be difficult to negotiate."
