"Staff were very helpful. I accidentally left a small bag of stuff in the room and the staff found it and are keeping until i get back to tokyo from visiting kyoto. Breakfast buffet was amazing and had a great variety."

"Great location. There are a lot of APA hotels in the area so anyone is fine. I chose one with an onsen which this one had and it was awesome. There was on onsen inside and one outside. The hotel has a south and Main building long we were in the South but the onsen is in the main but it just a corridor away (you do have to walk outside for 10 sec though. Overall a great location and a great stay. "

"Great location in SHINJUKU but I won’t recommend staying in this area with small kids as it’s the “red light district” of Tokyo. But if you are an adult it is perfect, very clean and super safe and close trains limousine buses to the airport, restaurants and convenience stores. "

"One of the only places around where you can have a queen bed! It takes up most of the room, but totally worth it. The private full shower room and deep tub are great to have as well. Breakfast was decent but definitely catered to Western tastes, so if you're looking for an authentic Japanese food experience go find it elsewhere."

"The hotel was in a very convenient location - especially for first time visitors to Tokyo. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only issue was that our experience with the staff is that they weren’t the most friendly and it was quite chaotic in the lobby with their bag storage system."
