"The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though we had some problems with our card. We really appreciated their kindness and understanding. Breakfast was included in the price, which was wonderful. Thank you — the breakfast was very good. I only have one concern. The curtains in the room had accumulated a lot of dust. When we moved the curtains, we could feel that we were breathing in a lot of old, unpleasant dust. Please pay more attention to cleaning the curtains or consider replacing them. Overall, we had a good experience, and we appreciate the friendly staff and the breakfast."

"We are returning customers and stay at Carriage House when we stay in Calgary. The desk staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and quiet and the location is surrounded by many options for shopping for shopping. You can start your day with an excellent breakfast buffet. The gym, pool, hot tub and sauna are a nice addition. If you enjoy gambling there is a casino on site as well as a pub."
