"Our reserved room was given to someone else. Room left for us was by smoking station which we needed to avoid which is why we had arranged for a certain room. The one we “had” to take had malfunctioning fan for AC and beds were super noisy whenever you moved. Completely opposite to our previous visit here"

"Hotel is old. Clean and basically renovated but still feels old and dingy. Hallways are dark and brown. Toilets, shower heads, toilet seats, taps, glassware are poor quality. Towels, sheets, robes the hardest most scratchy we’ve ever encountered in any hotel. Pillows on a queen bed were king and not enough room in bed. very poor sleep quality. "

"Very clean and spacioys suite. Linens were very good quality. Staff were very helpful."

"Room service was super fast which was great! Parking was easy and the location is very convenient. The only downside was there was no option to use streaming services on the TVs. Good ol' fashioned cable. The rooms we booked said they were pet friendly. When we got there, the other group we were traveling with had to downgrade their room because the other room was too fancy. After calling the head office they were moved to the initial room we booked. Frustrating that it was not clearly indicated on Expedia that only specific rooms were pet friendly."

"My credit card was on the blink. After calling the bank to amend the problem which could not be solved, the front desk was more than happy to allow me to use debit to stay. I was very grateful "

"Rooms were clean and comfy and the overall stay was okay. The check in staff in the evening was quite unpleasant. The lady serving breakfast and gentleman at check out were both pleasant to deal with so maybe some poor staffing for the evening shift. Overall for the price of the room the amenities and room was probably not worth what we paid compared to others. "
