"This hotel is dangerous and dirty. I booked a room online but when I got there a group of robbers were in the parking lot smoking and looking for people to rob. I didnt check in because I was in fear for my life. I requested a refund and the hotel manager denied it although I basically just drove in and out and didn’t check in. "

"The air condition in rooms 114 and 130 wasn’t working as well. Recommend upgrading the air conditioning system. Rooms were never cold even when the thermostat was adjusted. Also, the door is very hard to open you have to push your body toward the door and apply pressure to get in. Other than that the staff were friendly and accommodating. Lastly please tell your room attendants if you have the check out list don’t come knocking on guest doors at 8am in the morning asking them the same questions...

"I ready did enjoy everything it that the housekeeper took my dirty towel an didn’t replace them an when I ask her for towels she state with attitude that I have to call front desk I state why I have to call them when you should have replaced them back I did my job walk away smh that was my second problem I had ants in my room needed to be sprayed thank you"

"I loved my stay here. It is a 9.8/10. The only thing that would have made it a 10/10 is them providing free breakfast. Then it would be perfect. Otherwise the hotel, cleanliness, aesthetics, and especially the staff were wonderful. The staff was very friendly, respectful, courteous and accommodating. I would definitely stay at the courtyard Marriott Coral Springs again."

"It isnt a 5 star fancy hotel, but I was comfortable and safe. The hotel is a bit old, but they make it work. They kept that maintenance man busy! The cleaning crew on time and very friendly. Mostly spanish speaking but it was easy. Could have been more breakfast options. But the waffles and egg and sausage was freshly made every morning with other ready to go options like bagel and yougurt. The beds are soft and all amenities listed included. The pool was ok and I really enjoyed myself....
