"I stayed in the fountain building during my stay.the front elevators aren't working. You have to use the service elevator at the back. Sometimes the wait is long, and a bit of an inconvenience having to be forced around the back. Otherwise, everything else about my stay was great. I love palm aire.i will be back"

"The staff was great, everyone was super helpful and nice upon arrival and throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet selection was very limited especially for the price. The restaurant food was hit or miss. The coffee shop/Starbucks had a really good selection of pastries and small breakfast items though and they made my coffee very well. Pool area is also very pretty. Parking was complimentary which is a HUGE plus."

"We stayed at HI Commercial Blvd off the Turnpike in Tamarac. 4 nights over a weekend for an event. Extremely easy to find and perfect location. More than enough parking and we felt safe. The staff is friendly, quick and efficient. The property and rooms are clean, but could use a deep clean. We saw the pool being cleaned every morning. The room lighting was a bit dim, but other than that I had no issues. Breakfast was good. I would stay again for sure."
