"We were so spoiled as guests and consequently had very high expectations for the following stays during our trip (that those fell short). Very friendly and helpfull staff. Spacious room. Not very centrally located, but there were some cafes/ restaurants and convenient stores on walking distance. We arrived very early in the morning and had to pay for an extra night in order to get the room before check in time (price was higher than when booked thru Expedia)"

"First class hotel located directly above the Tokyo train station and three blocks from the Imperial Palace. The hotel staff is great; they even walked our group to the platform for our bullet train to Kyoto. There are many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Very reasonable price for a luxury hotel."
