Ganske kult rom med tre bygninger eget basseng og boblebad, men bassenget hadde grønt vann det ikke var fristende å bade i og fellesbassenget hadde alt for varmt vann. Hotellet bar preg av å ikke ha vært pusset opp på lang tid. Det ligger også nærme en mangrove så det var veldig mye mygg ute på kvelden. Veldig hyggelig betjening men vi byttet hotell etter en natt

bom hotel, porém mal conservado. Paredes com mofo, ar condicionado pingando dentro do quarto. Funcionários prestativos. Piscina enorme e área bem agradável. Se a devida manutenção fosse feita, seria um hotel de melhor categoria.
Mögligt och slitet hotell. Rummet var direkt äckligt. Fläckar på sängkläder och soffa. Vattenblandaren sönder, hål i väggen, svarta filter, inte en hel solsäng. Otrevligt bemötande när vi försökte prata med managern på hotellet om detta. Stranden var 18min gång iväg, inte 1min som det stod i beskrivningen.

I like everything about the property, staff, pool and room. Stayed 11 nights and enjoyed everything
Such a shame as it could be a lovely place, however it is very very dirty! There is black mould all over the shower area and in the kitchen cupboards, so bad if you open them the smell fills the room bad. There is damp on the walls. The balcony is covered in weeds, dirty old cigarette ends and dirty pebbles. There are stains on the sofas. The air con is very noisy and does what it wants. The toilet has leaked, it kept filling and not stopping. We had to wait over an hour for maintenance man to come, the leak stopped but the noise of it constantly filling still going on. The pool area was always covered in rubbish and the side of the pool damaged and dangerous. The sun beds are all damaged and falling to bits. Also a broken pool step which could seriously hurt someone. Breakfast poor, delivered cold and hard bacon etc. Would not recommend

Nous avons simplement appréciée la piscine qui au1er jour n’étais pas propre du tout mais qui à était nettoyée par la suite, la chambre est très sale le sol la baignoire le lavabo les draps les couettes les serviettes également etc.. aucun équipement ni tasses ni cafetière rien pour accrocher le linge rien pour se faire à manger, les photos ne représente pas du tout la chambre réservé, le personnel se fou ouvertement de votre physique et de vous car vous parlez mal l’anglais, ils sont désagréables, en colère, se permettent de jeter les oreillers car on leur demande au bout de 10 jours de changer nos draps, l’hotel nous a arnaqué le premier jour lorsqu’on a pris un chauffeur par eux ils nous dit 35.000rp pour un aller retour à 10min de l’hotel et finalement nous ont fait payé 350.000rp, en plus de ça leur chauffeur nous a déposé dans un des restaurant de Nusa Dua Plage sans nous laisser le choix et il s’avère que c’était l’un des plus chère de Nusa Dua. Dans les chambres nous avons eu énormément de fourmis les tables de nuits sont collées aux murs tellement il y a de moisissures et de crasse.. dans la salle de bain des marques apparente sur les meubles sont encore là et ne sont même pas nettoyées.Les poubelles également les serviettes de douches sont remplis de taches jaunes noirs marron à vomir. Le personnel ne fait aucun effort pour nous comprendre ils parlent entre eux en s'énervant & soufflent et nous parlent mal. Ns avons eu un séisme personne n’est venu.. HONTEUX😡
Der Pool war sehr schön. Rezeptionsgebäude und Zimmer an sich stark baufällig (welliger Boden, Schimmel, vergammelte Möbel,...) und sehr dreckig (riesige Spinnenweben, Staub in den Regalen, ekelhafte Toilette, schimmelige Fenster, schimmelige Vorhänge, fleckige Bettwäsche, dreckige Handtücher,....).
STAY AWAY from this place. The resort is absolutely disgusting, nothing like a photographs on the website. It is very old, extremely outdated and very, very dirty. The water in the swimming pool was so green and unclear that I could not see through more than 15-20 cm deep. My room didn't have hot water, the safe wasn't there, the bedsheets were dirty and covered in yellow stains. I almost felted that I would catch some kind of disease by touching anything in this room. This resort is definitely not a four stars, not three stars, not even two stars. I'm very disappointed with the whole experience.
the environment and the pool was awesome and came for the best price compared with the other properties

Die Zimmer sind geräumig, bequemes großes Bett, tolle Badewanne und Dusche, aber fleckige Handtücher und Bettwäsche geht gar nicht...die Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Sofa fleckig. Der Poll und der Aussenbereich waren super. Das Personal sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war gut. Der Strand sehr nah und super schön.
I stayed 2 nights with my sister. Good size of room and nice pool area. We enjoyed food from room service. Tasty food with cheap price. Breakfast will deliver to room every morning. Very convenience location with spa and restaurants near by.
We stayed here for 2x nights here in Nusa Dua which we thought was a perfect amount of time shortly after arriving to Bali. The staff were so lovely picked us up from the airport which took about 40 minutes and the receptionist was so great. As for the villa it is totally worth paying that little bit more to stay in the villa. We had the 2x bedroom one which was WOW! We had never stayed somewhere so beautiful. With our own private pool and breakfast delivered daily. There was other rooms with a beautiful pool and outside area which we could use too but why come to Bali and not have a private villa! We will totally recommend this place to family and friends.
Cleaning staff/maintenance need to learn how to get rid of black mold in bath area. Plumbing not “P” trapped or vented correctly resulting in stink at bathroom and kitchen sink.
Otherwise a very pleasant stay. The problems are easily corrected without much trouble.
