"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging...

"Julia was amazing! The day before my arrival she contacted me to confirm arrival time. She was very attentive. The location is very central and in a good area with everything no more than 20 minutes away walking. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here. "

"Hotel molto gradevole,pulizia e personale ben gestiti,l unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta molto da italiana è la colazione buffet dolcì zero brioches e poca scelta nel restante (torte biscotti ecc..)quasi niente ..stra abbondante invece il salato al quale non siamo abituati al mattino presto "
