"Absolutely fabulous, could not have asked for a better location! The rooms spotless, the staff amazing! I forget the name of the lady who checked us in but she checked us in on the 11th Feb around 12/1pm and the wonderful Conrad checked us out! 😊 we had a fantastic stay and will return. "

"Great choice for a Krakow stay. Location is excellent just a couple of minutes walk from the main square. Our room was spotless and comfortable and great value for money. The staff were very helpful and courteous. They organised our airport transfers in both directions and both were absolutely as described. I've recommended this hotel to friends and if we book another stay in Krakow I'm sure we'll book here again."

"Me and my mum had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The staff were all really nice and helpful, the room was lovely and cosy and clean, and the location of the hotel could not have been better. We had breakfast included in our stay and were so glad we did as the restaurant was in a beautiful spot overlooking the park and the food was really nice with plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
