"Wonderful stay with the Metroplitan Boutique Hotel. Our first family visit to Krakow. The hotel was impeccable and staff were first class. From our welcome gift on arrival to the friendly checkout, everything was thoughtful, and we loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to sights, restaurants, shopping and transport links."

"Tolle Unterkunft, super Lage, gleich am Meer und an der Promenade. Ausreichend Lokalitäten drum herum. Spa Bereich sehr angenehm. 1 Stunde freier Eintritt in den Baltic Park fand ich super, so konnte ich entspannt schwimmen. Frühstück waren wir leider nicht, da wir immer lange geschlafen haben. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert"

"The location was quite far away from the city centre (around 15-20 minutes walking distance). However, the hotel style is quite attractive, it was a factory before on that area and now change to residential property nearby. The breakfast is good and the 1-2 hot dish changed every day."

"We loved staying on the square soaking up the atmosphere. Wonderful views from room which we could enjoy with a glass of wine. Spa bath in room which we sadly did not have time for as out exploring, needed to stay longer. Could see church tower and trumpter from our room which was amazing. Breakfast was excellent, cold meats cheeses salad fruit and cereals as well as pastries, cook to order available too in addition. All very tasty. We left early for trip one day and reception...

Bäder eigentlich gut, aber die Toiletten waren viel zu niedrig angebracht, etwas für kleine Leute, aber ungeeignet für Senioren. Personal sprach kaum deutsch und auch nur gebrochenes Englisch.
