"The rooms where cleaned everyday. The staff also where happy to get us more teabags, Milk and sugar. The hotel is full of luxury. My said the the spa was excellent and well worth the extra for a full body massage. Very good. Only minor issue we had was the heated flooring in bathroom we couldn't get it working. Mentioned to staff they said they would fix it but never seemed to be fixed. We honestly weren't that bothered with this though. The hotel is in the most central location only a few feet...

"The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay."

"Clean good size room. Bed came down from the ceiling. Great location walkable to the main sites. Having a drinking water facility in the lobby with water jugs to take to your room was very helpful "

"The attention to detail was brilliant, it was my partners birthday and they provided cake, balloons and a letter from the staff for a small fee. We were always greeted by staff at the reception and the room/hotel was spotless and incredibly attentive. Would stay here again and have recommended to all friends and family who are looking at visiting Krakow. "

"Our whole stay here was perfect. The staff can’t do enough to help you. Check-in was quick and easy with a free glass of Prosecco. The bar serves amazing cocktails and is all carefully thought out - from the decor to the drinks. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. It also felt luxurious, even with a pillow menu! The pool area was well kept and always clean. You never saw or heard people cleaning either, it all seemed to just magically happen. "Beatiful old building carefully decorated.Room was spacious elegant and spotless.staff were friendly and helpful.Organised trip to Auschwitz for us.excellent service.Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast room was quiet and peacefull.We requested a room overlooking the square and were delighted with our 4th floor room with small balcony and view across the square and the lovely Chrismas tree.Thank you for a woderful weekend.Will definatey return and recommend to others"

"The room was spotless, the shower pressure was very good with plenty of hot water. The bathroom had all that you needed for shaving kits, combs, to lotion, shampoo and shower gel. We were staying in an delux room and were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco. Very nice touch! If you needed reservations to anything, the concierge will make them for you. Even for restaurant are booked ❤️. The location can’t be beat."
