"Grand accommodations with great staff."

"Front desk attendant was not friendly or welcoming. Handed me an envelope and told me which elevators to use but didn't tell me the room number or even floor. I opened the envelope and asked to confirm the room number since the handwriting was not clear. No mention of check out time either. Not to worry, I checked out earlier than I ever have from a hotel. Major construction outside my window that started at 7am. Not just a little hammering, dozens of dump trucks and large machinery. This should have been disclosed. Room was dated. Bathroom floors did not appear to be mopped (anytime recently) and carpet had lots of dust build up along the baseboards. "

"The $45 valet fee should have been pointed out and not just listed in small print. That extra $90 could have bought a nicer hotel room. "

"The shower was not very user-friendly. The placement of the shower head made no sense. It was on the back wall which made water go all over the bathroom. The floor also looked like it had gotten flooded at some point probably because of the way the shower was. It was a handicapped shower which made it kinda dangerous when water went all over.The staff was amazing! They were all incredibly nice and friendly!"

"The entire building is neglected. Breakfast was not presentable. Our door lock was broken. "
