The room was clean and comfortable, but the staff were the true highlights! Mr. Willie was incredible with a group of fellow guests who had lots of kids. He set up a s’mores station one night and a hot chocolate bar another night. He had the crew all set up for movie night in the conference room! We were not a part of that group, but noticed the care he paid to each guest he interacted with. Carissa was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She stepped up whenever we had any questions. Ms. Felesha was also so very patient when another of our party had a question about accessibility in a room. The hotel was lovely, but what makes this an 11/10 stay was the staff. Thank you again.

The rooms were very quiet and clean. The shower was amazing and had excellent water pressure. The bed was VERY comfortable. My one and only complaint is the pillows, but I'm also picky about that so it isn't really a real complaint.
