"The staff were exceptional! Greeted us with smiles and pleasant conversation. Texted once we got to our room to make sure everything was ok. Staff the next morning in the breakfast area were pleasant and food was hot and good variety. When we left, front desk staff bid us farewell with smiles. Only suggestion about the hotel is that it could use some up grading. The carpet in our room was showing its age and felt a little grungy under our feet. Bed lamps didn’t match and one was pretty outdated. "

"Was told there would be housekeeping every other day but they never came. When I asked, the housekeeping lady just told me no, she didn’t plan on cleaning our room. Wished there would’ve been better communication. "

"The sauna was broken, the hot tub was out of service, the ice machine on 2 different floors was broken, and we never had maid service for the 4 days we were there"

"This is the second time I've stayed here. Overall, it's a decent place given the price. I was frustrated though because the shower didn't drain which makes for less than positive experience. When I asked for it to be looked into, it never happened. And when I pointed that out as I checked out, no apology or attempt to make things right was made. Unsure if I'll return."
