"We love this place and are still trying to give it a chance. They really need to do a deep clean of the place. Lots of dust in the room. Food was decent for someone that is gluten free."

"I booked and paid for our World Cup room through Expedia in May. Upon arriving I had to provide my credit card for incidentals. The hotel was.clean, the staff was great, and the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen at a hotel. Our World Cup experience was great. Then I get home and found out the hotel charged me for the room a second time. The room was $1100 so getting charged a second time is a little rough.
