"The tv did not work in my room and there was no coffee bar in the room…..did have a microwave and refrigerator. Free breakfast was the bare basics and limited. The hairdryer in my room was broken. I requested a king bed and got two queens. The front desk lady was very nice as well as the housekeeper. Convenient location for one night."

"Upon check-in, Joshua went well above and beyond my expectations to accommodate my requests. That is the epitome of customer service. I would rate cleanliness at 5, however there was a long brown hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door so long that it startled me. The facility obviously is old. "Air conditioning was broken in our king suite and the hotel was booked solid but they gave us a standard double queen and bumped the reservation from a guest who hadn’t checked in yet (poor folks). "We stayed overnight and were very happy with our stay . We stayed in a standard room that had microwave and a fridge. Both worked . Air conditioning was effective and we had to turn it down to keep the temp comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The shower was strong with different settings . The only issue I experienced was the hot water in the washbasin faucet . It was lukewarm and not hot . Breakfast was sumptuous with plenty of choices . There was omelette, sausages ,...

"Overall nice hotel, clean, staff was courteous and friendly. The guest next to us had the TV on very loudly all night causing no sleep for myself and my daughter. The ice machine was broken, the hot tub was out of service and when we checked in there was work being done with a jackhammer inside the hotel, making it difficult to speak to the front desk for checkin. All of these things individually are not a big deal but experiencing them all in the same visit made the stay not as pleasant as...
