"We stayed one night at the Radisson. Overall, our stay was okay. The room was clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However, check-in was delayed. Our room was not ready at 3:00 PM, and we were told it wouldn’t be available until around 4:30–5:00 PM due to a system issue. There were several guests waiting, which was inconvenient. The pool area could use better maintenance—the water looked cloudy—and there were many adults drinking alcohol in the jacuzzi, which made it less comfortable for families with kids. We’ve stayed here before and had great experiences, so this seemed like an off day, but the delayed check-in was disappointing."

"Staff was great. Room was clean and nice. Shower pressure was nil, but everything else was awesome."

"Rented 2 rooms. Both had mediocre AC. Advertised as included breakfast until 1030. At check in, night manager told us it ended at 10, so we went at 915 to find it closed. Front desk said we should have checked paper included with room key sleeve and wouldn’t offer any sort of credit since it was through Expedia - great satisfaction guarantee. Expedia made it right and gave me a credit. "

"There was a weird smell when we walked into the room, so we had to open the door to try to get rid of it. The room is dirty, with dust in every corner of the room and walls covered with plaster of god knows what. My kids were walking barefoot in the room, and it left their feet black. The refrigerator was not working ( I didn't care since we had nothing to put in it). The pool was dirty, so we didn't use it (cloudy water)."

"Based on the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. I had no interest in consuming any food on site. The front desk guy that was working the night shift on the day of my check out was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was back in the hotel around 130am I inquired on options for late check out he said he didn’t know. I ask if he could find out he responded with no. I ask for his manager, he said he’s the only one there. I asked for his name and he declined to provide it. I also had a malfunction with the room door. I missed a family dinner trying to get the door open to get access to my stuff. Carpets in room need a deep clean. "

"I have to explain my poor ratings because not everything was bad. The first room #7105-we were assigned was absolutely horrible-the carpet and hassock were stained in numerous places. There was no hot water. The toilet flush handle was actually broken, which we discovered the hard way, couldn’t flush. And when I tried to call the desk the phone wasn’t working! Only one bed side table & lamp. When I called via cell, the desk didn’t initially offer an apology and agreed to give us a new room. No apology or recognition of the inconvenience. Or credit or refund offered. New room was fine. Lobby excellent, very clean, good security fencing and gates around property."
