"Absolutely gorgeous hotel, historic & directly overlooking the glenwood hot springs. Everything was charming, old fashioned and beautiful. The room was clean, quiet, and housekeeping came by every day to tidy up. Baron's restaurant was absolutely delicious and the gift shop was very cute. Only drawback was that the bathroom was very, very small. We still made it work! Due note that the room did not have air conditioning in early april when we went, but with a window that opened wide to the fresh mountain air we did not need it whatsoever."

"This is a quality hotel stay at an excellent price. Very clean rooms (we had 2 at the end of April ‘26). This is a very well maintained property in a quiet area. Our room had a full kitchen with full-sized appliances (fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher) and was fully stocked with cooking equipment, plates, etc. There was also a sofa and dining table for four. Highly recommended and 5-stars all the way! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️"

"Sera at the front desk was a gem! Great service she even wrapped cookies for my puppy! Very friendly and helpful. Clean, very clean but outdated. Would recommend. Very VERY SAFE A LOT OF POLICE STAY THERE!! 💝"

"This motel is nasty. This was one of seven motels we stayed in on our road trip through Colorado, and it was by far the worst. (We’ve stayed in many Super 8s and they’ve been fine. It’s not like we’re trying to compare The Four Seasons to the Super 8. This motel was just nasty.) The front lobby and breakfast area were pretty nice and renovated, but as soon as we turned the corner to head down the hallway to the rooms it was a whole different story. It was so dirty and it smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana. We had two rooms at the end if the hall. The smell in the one room was absolutely foul. I can’t even place the smell, but it was so bad we couldn’t stay inside. In the second room the hallway door wouldn’t close or lock properly (and with the vibe of this motel, you definitely want a door that locks properly). We asked them for two new rooms. They moved us to the second floor. The hallways and rooms weren’t any cleaner, but at least the stench didn’t make our eyes water. It really was just disgusting."

"Beautiful resort ,excellent service , and the site is amazing . Access to spa room with indoor hot tub, heated pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, and much more to include. Loved it there."
