"Someone had spilled burnt wood/charcoal (from what?) just outside my rooms door and the major pieces were mostly picked up but not vacuumed during my stay. My other concern was that I could not figure out how to get consistently warm water to take a shower. I don't think the listing prepared me for such a large facility I was thinking it would be more quaint so indications to the vast size would have help me make an informed decision. ( I am not a resort skier )"

"Ideal location as it’s12 minutes from the airport. While the motel is situated on a busy road surrounded by strip malls and fast food, it’s peaceful and pleasant inside. Has a lovely little courtyard with trees, landscaping, and a few tables and chairs. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, and a tiny fitness room. Staff were fine at check in and check out. Love the free breakfast, but coffee could be better. "

"The guy at check in was nice. He said the room would be ready a little early but it wasn’t. Not a big deal. The rooms are normally pretty clean but this time I found dog food and crumbs on the floor and there were stains on the bed linens. The mirrors were not clean either. I noticed they were training new cleaning staff so maybe they forgot a few things. I’ll give them another chance because this place is ideal for my trips to Fruita. It’s right by I 70 and easy to get to GJ or Monument. The...
