"I love this hotel and I usually stay here because it’s close to my family when I come into town unfortunately when we checked in the pool was open, which is one of the main reasons why I stay there and the day that I went to take my grandkids swimming, the pool was closed when I talked to the staff they just said yeah it’s closed no explanation no nothing"

"The room was okay... but the pillows were small and uncomfortable. The toilet was loud and didn't provide shampoo or conditioner. The indoor pool was big and semi heated. The breakfast in the morning ran out of almost everything including plates and utensils. Seemed like it was understaffed."

"Staff was very cordial and professional. Sufficient hotel parking. Hotel was quiet especially during the night. Breakfast was adequate. I have 2 complaints: 1. external entrance doors on either end of the hotel appeared to never be locked. Fitness room and laundry room doors were not locked l room doors were not locked. Did not need to use my key for any of these areas so seemed unsafe to me. 2. blackout curtains on room window did not fit correctly, allowing light to come into the room...

"Breakfast was okay. Scrambled eggs with liquid in bottom of pan, limited milks available."

"Very small bathroom, only blackout drapes, no shears or shades, the adjoining room next to us was empty but the TV was on ALL night and kept us awake our entire first night. Staff did turn off the TV the next day but offered nothing for the inconvenience and sleepless night. No housekeeping services were performed in our room during our two night stay. Pool was closed during our stay with no advance warning or notice. "

"Rooms in need of updating, stains on linens, the door was missing the latch plate. You can tell there hasnt been maintenance done in a long time. Jets not working in hottub. The hotel seems as though it has been neglected by maintenance "

"Had a wonderful experience during my recent stay. The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming and attentive especially Lexi at the front desk! The hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was convenient since our son attends CMU and plays baseball for them so we walked the beautiful campus. I highly recommend staying at this location. Looking forward to our next visit!"
