"The hotel and room was clean and the parking very easy. The staff were all friendly, courteous, helpful and kind. The staff make this place worth 5 stars. The hotel looks modern, comfortable, and clean. The beds and pillows were in poor shape and very uncomfortable."

"Easy check in, friendly staff, clean room, quiet. Breakfast was decent too for continental! Very easy and seamless experience, perfect for a one night stay to enjoy the nearby hot springs."

"I had room 116 it was on 1st floor near the entrance. There were people coming and going well past 0130. Car doors and trunks were being closed, some slammed. I tried to sleep but couldn’t so I packed up and left the hotel and continued my journey cross country. I would never again get an even numbered room by the front entrance."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times over the year. I think this will be our last. Our kids love it for the water slide but that’s about all it has going for it. The rooms are mediocre, the shower wouldn’t stop screaming while it was on, the tub had black stuff coming out of the drain anytime the water hit it, the breakfast is disgusting. The hot tub was not working. It’s just not worth it anymore."

"This is an older property, but is well maintained, every convenient to lifts and runs, I would definitely stay there again."

"Hayley at check in was super nice, our room was ready before check-in time. Hotel was beautiful in general. However, our room was very warm. We were able to open a window which helped. The breakfast was not great, sausage overcooked, powdered scrambled eggs were not good, out of coffee."
