"The property is a little dated but you can tell they are trying their best to up grade and improve things. My room was very clean, no bugs nothing to complain about.. nothing fancy but if you would like a clean decent place to sleep here I go. "When I arrived at the hotel to check in l, the staff informed me I had booked for the incorrect day. While I was standing at the front desk I told the person I would cancel that reservation and immediately rebooked to stay that evening. I was told to contact Expedia regarding a refund. I did contact Expedia, who contacted the hotel and they refused to refund me for the cancellation, even though I rebooked that same night. I’m extremely disappointed in the hotel management for their decision."

"Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was great for our family. Room was clean, though beds were a little too firm for our liking. Had 1 small issue with our room, and the night staff really thought outside the box to make it right for us; we really appreciated their effort to assist us. Would stay again."

"I'll begin with, the front desk person was very helpful and prompt in attempting to resolve my issues. First, the bathroom was NOT clean, dirt and hair in the shower, toilet gross! The entire room needed to be cleaned again! Also, we called ahead and asked if there was a deposit, the person said no! When we arrived, there was a deposit! Overall experience...1/10!!"
